Jerry becomes apprehensive when he and George buy stock and the price falls while the person who suggested the stock is in a coma and can't tell them when to sell.
The Stock Tip is inspired by the flavours of a hot toddy, but transposed to a cold, spirit-forward cocktail. We generate those flavours through a mix of apple brandy and Benedictine, along with a bar spoon of amaro and ginger syrup. The cinnamon-forward Fee Brothers aromatic bitters bind the flavours together into a cocktail that’s best enjoyed in front of a roaring fire.
What you need
- 2 oz. blended Scotch
- 0.5 oz. apple brandy
- 0.5 oz. Benedictine
- 1 bsp. Amaro Lucano
- 1 bsp. ginger syrup
- Dash Fee Brothers aromatic bitters
- Cinnamon stick
How it’s made
Add all ingredients save the garnish to a mixing glass with ice. Stir for approximately 30 rotations, and strain into a rocks glass over a single large ice cube. Garnish with the cinnamon stick.
