Jerry becomes obsessed when his date refuses to sample his pie; a clothing store mannequin resembles Elaine.
More than any other base we've introduced, Calvados betrays its origins. The hints of apple it provides come through in most cocktails that call for it, providing good inspiration for themed cocktails. In this case, we wanted to create a cocktail reminiscent of apple pie. The base of The Pie is essentially a Calvados sour, with lime juice providing the citrus and cinnamon syrup providing the sweetness. Fee Brothers Old Fashion bitters have a strong cinnamon flavour, complementing the syrup. Apple cider provides additional notes of apple, while also creating a more refreshing drink. If you like to drink your dessert, this cocktail is for you.
