The Chinese Restaurant is our variation of the Savoy classic Chinese Cocktail. The original cocktail is essentially rum sweetened with grenadine, triple sec and maraschino; our variation turns this sweet, boozy cocktail into a Daiquiri with updated proportions and a richer, golden presentation.
What you need
- 1.5 oz. aged rum
- 0.75 oz. lime juice
- 0.25 oz. grenadine
- 0.25 oz. triple sec
- 0.25 oz. maraschino
- two dashes of Angostura bitters
How it's made
Combined the rum, lime juice, grenadine, triple sec, maraschino and two dashes of Angostura bitters in a shaker filled with ice. Shake and double-strain into a coupe. No garnish.
