The Finale: Part One
Jerry and George sell their sitcom to NBC, the gang has an emergency plane landing in Latham, Massachusetts, where they are arrested for breaking a Good Samaritan Law.
Some of our original cocktails are re-interpretations of classics. In this case, we wanted to explore replacing the maraschino liqueur in a Last Word with St-Germain. As all our originals are named for Seinfeld episodes, we thought The Finale would be a fitting name.
We came up with two variations we liked and became divided on which to use, until we realized that The Finale is a two-part episode and we could therefore use both. Part One keeps the lime juice and green Chartreuse, opting for light rum as a base, and keeping the original's equal proportions. The result is a more subtle original version of the classic.
